ILM Academy has a field trip planned for Blue and Gray Room students to visit the Museum of Science and Industry, on Tuesday, March 5th, 2024.
We will be using a chartered school bus for our students and staff to go to the Museum of Science and Industry.
Please fill out a separate form for each child.
Do you give permission for your child to go on the trip in a chartered school bus?
